If any site thinks the Title II shift is a win, they’re a shitty site. If any vendor isn’t still trying to get its clients into (at least) compliance, then they’re a shitty vendor. The delay is also shitty.

@aardrian thanks for sharing. I was asked today by my work mentor who knows basically nothing about a11y about the legal requirements for us as vendors and I was unable to give an answer I felt was satisfactory
