A colleague continually drones on about how he has no energy without drinking at least five cups of caffeinated coffee a day. The rest of us agreed to only make him decaf and not tell him. It's been three months and he hasn't noticed.

@fesshole no headaches? I went cold turkey on coffee a few months ago and had splittling headaches for two weeks until I gave up and settled on two cups of coffee a day (down from 5-6). Other people reported even worse withdrawal symptoms, such as vomitting.

@fesshole He doesn't know how to make his own coffee? πŸ€”

Or do you just let him think that he's "better" than you because you "serve" him decaf coffee everyday to deceive him. 🧐

You just can't trust the "help." πŸ˜‰

@fesshole Or, perhaps, that's why he feels like he needs 5 cups.
