@cmconseils What I can't stand is when one is too much. Half the time I go to a hotel these days and my head completely disappears inside the pillow, like over my ears. That's the worst. Usually then I'll sleep w/ my head on a rolled up towel instead.
@briankrebs @cmconseils I’m about to straight-up take my pillow to Thailand, just in case. No chancing any more nerve impingement.

@cmconseils try a Japanese buckwheat hull pillow. You can add or remove the buckwheat hulls, plus you can form the buckwheat to fit your head. I like Beans72 stuff:

@cmconseils the trick is to use a pillow for so long that it becomes as flat as paper and you can fold it up to be as thick as you want

@cmconseils a decade after an ex complained that I had "a weirdly large number of pillows", you have me back to trying to figure out how the heck 2 pillows on a queen mattress could be too much

There is a great variation among pillows, especially in hotels.
At home I have two that I overlap (50/50 length) so I can find a spot that I can get to sleep on. -
