@cmconseils try a Japanese buckwheat hull pillow. You can add or remove the buckwheat hulls, plus you can form the buckwheat to fit your head. I like Beans72 stuff:

@cmconseils the trick is to use a pillow for so long that it becomes as flat as paper and you can fold it up to be as thick as you want

There is a great variation among pillows, especially in hotels.
At home I have two that I overlap (50/50 length) so I can find a spot that I can get to sleep on.
