The code has been used before and is showing as active in my discounts tab on Etsy. It’s been open for the last 2.5 months.

@hellomiakoda Thanks again, i’ll send them an email about what happened with your screenshots as a customer and mine as the seller. Hopefully, they'll be able to sort it out. In the meantime, I'll manually reset the code to 'start' today rather than back in Nov and see if that helps.
