That disconnect between "things are stable in my life" and the internal unease from brain chemistry being a jerk makes it tough... Especially when it seems to vacillate between internal alarm bells and absolutely nothing wrong

@eniko I'm not doing ok but to be fair I've been in state of not okayness for pretty much my entire life at this point. If it helps though I'm not doing usually bad compared to average so that's as close to "okay" as it gets for me.

If you said you were doing okay, did you say that because you think you’re doing better than other ppl?
Maybe therefore you “don’t have a right to complain”? Or you’re scared to admit you aren’t ok?
