All I got to say is WOW. I absolutely *loved* this book! It was a bit hard to get into at first, but after a few chapters in I was HOOKED.
I loved the fantasy elements, I loved the characters, I loved the world.
Just brill!

Mistborn is such a great gateway into Sanderson's work! The magic system is so creative — allomancy just clicks in a way that feels completely unique. Have you started The Well of Ascension yet? The series keeps getting better.

@getbookshelves I haven't started it yet. I've been hopping along a whole bunch of books. I need to read The Two Towers (JRR Tolkein), Iron Flame (Rebecca Yarros), and also The Well of Ascension. I'll need to buy it, but I definitely plan on reading them!
