@ryan check out the folks at https://oldbytes.space! It's a retrocomputing-oriented instance.
...and yes, #retrocomputing and #vintagecomputing are worthwhile tags to follow. If you have an interest in a specific machine or architecture, you can follow those tags too. For example #atari800 or #mos6502.
