A new day. A new chance to succeed.
Nothing major on the agenda. Bread dough waiting for the oven to come up to temp. A small task to do this afternoon.
My lazy day. The 1 day in 3 that I plan to not take a 2 mile hike. Part of my Practice. Trying to balance a healthy lifestyle with sybaritic indolence.
Trying to walk everyday failed more than it succeeded. Planning on doing less, actually gave me more because I actually do it.
At least so far.
