I'm looking for a pattern for a zippered pouch that I can modify for a project I want to do.
What I want is something that has the zipper running around 3 sides and can open like a book, but I'm having trouble searching because I don't know what to properly call something like that. I thought it was a clamshell, but that seems to be a type of wide mouthed pouch with a zipper at the top

Any suggestions?

@nuria Kinda, but I want it to lay flat when completely open, so that I can access items attached to the top and bottom of the inside.
Sort of like a book with a zipper around the page edges. The spine would be a fabric hinge.

I was also looking for a pattern like that to make my mobile sewing kit, but couldn't find anything so in the end I had to work it out for myself. It did work, but there was a lot of double checking I had the bits the right way round!

Anyway, I hope you find something.

Not sure if this is what you have in mind. I have made one. I didn't realize when buying it that the intent is to have quilted travel bags. I made mine without quilting it and it worked well.
