      For those not in the know: This is what these paintings are inspired by!

      Particle tracks as you might see in a bubble chamber https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubble_chamber

      I've always found them kind of mesmerising

        @darkuncle If you decide you'd like one, I am in the process of painting a run of them in different sizes/colours and they'll probably be in my art shop at some point soon

            @babe

            There is beauty in death I guess.
            Same as with Tscherenkow Radiation.

            It looks eerily beautiful, especially in real life but it also means certain death.

            Well not certain of course, it depends on the activity level but.. I am referring to reactor cores so that usually does mean death 😅

                      @babe

                      But I tell you, pictures can not convey the feeling you get watching that unfold in real life. I have been on top of this exact one when it was fired up and from utter darkness (was special demonstration for visitors) 10 m below your feet water starts glowing and bubbling.

                      Then this mesmerising vista slowly unfolds. Visible to you from a safe distance but simply with your naked eye.

                                          For those not in the know: This is what these paintings are inspired by!

                                          Particle tracks as you might see in a bubble chamber https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubble_chamber

                                          I've always found them kind of mesmerising

                                          @babe those particles leave those tracks in your brain...that's not mesmerization, it's brain damage! Get out of the beam!
