Why is no one at #TELUS when people are off work? Due to FEAR, as a result of having been scammed by a Telus insider, our Elder is too frightened to respond to texts from the company. It means that texts about a service change have languished on their phone. They no longer remember to tell anyone that they are receiving such texts.

Now? We are just trying to maintain their phone/inet/tv service. Telus is threatening to cut it all off by April 8 unless the “service is transferred”. We only discovered this, by accident, tonight. And not an agent to answer their chat line. Not one.

The Telus chat service repeatedly hung up on us.
