Anybody using 5G for their home internet?

Anybody using 5G for their home internet? My girlfriend has terribly slow and horribly over-priced AT&T but it doesn't look like she has any other wired option...
She can get T-Mobile 5G home internet here (I'd probably do it through my Mint Mobile account, slightly cheaper), and even the minimum advertised download bandwidth would be 10x (yes, 10x) what she currently has, and it would be SO much more inexpensive.
I assume you run into some congestion at times? How does it work, I assume it's like a bunch of 5G cell phones in a box?
I'd prefer something wired but looks like there's just no other option in her apartment complex.

@constantorbit I have been using T-Mobile 5G Internet since autumn of 2022. Mostly I am satisfied with it. Occasionally speed is ratcheted down due to congestion I guess and that can be frustrating, but most of the time it just works. I don’t game over it, but I do run 2 phones, 2 iPads, 2 4K televisions, and a kindle satisfactorily.

@davew Good to hear. Neither she nor I game, so your usage sounds comparable to what we'd be doing.
Honestly her AT&T internet is so slow it's like being throttled down all the time...

@constantorbit I do at a remote location that has an oddly close cell tower.
Downloads are fantastic. No problem watching TV.
Uploads are shit. Slow and lossy. Moving raw photo files is horrible - best done with something like rsync in a regular cron job, and not the usual file move tools.

@constantorbit One more note: I work from home 100% and have had only one incident where it was down. (So I guess I should also have included 3 laptops in that list)

In Scottsdale I use Verizon 5G, switched from Cox. Got twice the speed for half the price, downloads are now about 100M/b. I don't remember what the uploads are but somewhat slower than that. No noticeable congestion slow-downs
I'm not there right now or would test uploads for you.
There is a cell tower right across the street from my condo, so plenty of signal strength.
