My girlfriend has terribly slow and horribly over-priced AT&amp;T but it doesn't look like she has any other wired option... </p><p>She can get T-Mobile 5G home internet here (I'd probably do it through my Mint Mobile account, slightly cheaper), and even the minimum advertised download bandwidth would be 10x  (yes, 10x) what she currently has, and it would be SO much more inexpensive.</p><p>I assume you run into some congestion at times? Got twice the speed for half the price, downloads are now about 100M/b. I don't remember what the uploads are but somewhat slower than that. No problem watching TV. </p><p>Uploads are shit. Slow and lossy. Mostly I am satisfied with it. Occasionally speed is ratcheted down due to congestion I guess and that can be frustrating, but most of the time it just works.
