    @EJGilbert @technolass I don't think there is a setting. I think it is on by default. mine has triggered a few times although I didn't actually fall. it sets off an alarmrm. I will look through settings and see if I can find anything.

      @EJGilbert @technolass so in settings, sos, there is a toggle for fall detection which is on by default. I think you can set up a contact to be notified when one of these alarms triggers. although I have not set that up.

                  @technolass Caroline is right.
                  It is automatically on if you are 65 or older.
                  I had to turn it on when I got an Apple watch.
                  When I gave mine to my mom a few years ago, Fall detection automatically turned on for her.
