I'm having a hard time getting started today. Lots of back pain that the stretches just didn't help. I started to go out for my walk at my usual time and it began to rain, so I went back indoors to get my rain hat, only to discover that Theo had thrown up on it. I ended up staying in.
Maybe I'll get some writing done #today. I can hope.
