I went off on a rant a couple of weeks ago about #depression and someone saw my #mentalhealth spiral and suggested vitamin D4 with K.
I almost never go outside. Even the short walk to the mail causes me anxiety so I am definitely not getting any naturally. A few weeks in now; I feel better clearer functional; things are getting done.I DONT REMEMBER WHO TOLD ME and would like to thank them. Please spread so they know they helped.

@Crystal_Fish_Caves I’ve been going through a rally tough patch for quite some time now. A few weeks ago, bloodwork indicated my Vitamin D levels were less than half of what they should be. I’ve been taking vitamin D supplements for a week now, and I can also say that it really does make a difference.
