They all do thing a bit differently but cover many of the same features these days and tick all my boxes. And I was looking for an entirely FOSS based solution. I know that Tailscale clients + Headscale is all FOSS too.

Honestly, I didn't even consider Headscale and cannot compare. Therefore: You tell me!
