    Just installed the native Wikipedia app since that’s like a third of my web searches.

    I wish it had all of EN downloaded offline to my app. How big could it be?

        @adarsh you can get away with a smaller subset if you download the kiwix app and get the top packs. Top 45,000 articles are 2 GB without images and 8 GB with images. Or you can get specific subsets if you search for some things more than others - bollywood/football/astronomy.

        Kiwix Library

          @adarsh but the native app has some nice features, including login and read later, which is nice... 😊

            @adarsh
            I was going to reply with “it’s bigger than your head,” but refrained as that is less than a helpful metric.

              @adarsh Check out @kiwix They have full wikipedia which is something over 100 GB but also different subsets like some number of most popular articles or thematic subsections, which might be as little as half a GB.

              They also have all sorts of other reference material you can download for offline access like documentation for programming languages and frameworks, all sorts of wikis, stack exchange sites, etc.
