        @caseyliss I am so used to it at this point that whenever I see a bunch of Macrumors posts fill up my RSS reader, I think, “ah, all the new OSes dropped and I have to go mark those as read.”

          @caseyliss I know it's because it's impossible to make money "publishing" for the web as an independent outfit these days, and I sympathize with that, I really do.

          But my GOD that site sucks so much more to read now than it did 15 years ago.

            @caseyliss Is it just me or the layout margins in the new NetNewsWire 7 are too tight?

                @caseyliss That's so obnoxious.

                "Apple Releases OS versions 26.3 on all platforms"

                Fixed it for you, @macrumors

                  @caseyliss My favorite is when Apple releases a single new product but MacRumors manages to stretch it out into over a dozen posts:

                  Attached: 1 image Writer: Okay, Apple has announced their new iPhone 16e; I'll put up a post! Macrumors editor: No, put up 16 posts.

                    @caseyliss I don’t even follow MacRumors anymore. I just listen to @atpfm, they cover all the important stuff. I recommend it. 😉
