This spring's #COVID19 lull is really something. Our current level of COVID in wastewater in the US, per WastewaterSCAN, is the lowest in over four years, but how much lower is worth noting. The level of COVID is presently:
- Almost 60% lower than our fall 2025 lull
- Over 75% lower than last spring's or the fall 2024 lullIt seems we could still go lower, and there is no sign yet of our summer surge. (I'll still be masking next week while traveling. Why show up sick?)

@FediThing That's the entire US.
WastewaterSCAN Dashboard
WastewaterSCAN Data Dashboard tracks infectious diseases across the US via wastewater surveillance.

Keep getting your boosters and we can put this thing to sleep for a long while!

@augieray There are a couple of states that have high levels, right? Do you happen to know if their levels are on the way down?
