              Right? I used to say not "life is short" but "life is too long to be miserable". Anyone can stand a certain amount of discomfort for a short while, but contemplating 50 more years if misery is good motivation to change.

                  @lzg unfortunately, some of us don't have another 50 years so we are left with the former. Fortunately, that means my best life has been lived since my MS diagnosis 13 years ago.
