    Hegseth has "halted efforts to limit civilian deaths. People who were tracking civilian casualties have been reassigned to other jobs."

    Conversations about, “What could this result in for us in terms of international law or war crimes under U.S. law?” aren’t happening.

    "That puts civilians abroad at much greater risk & puts US service members at risk of being implicated in possible war crimes."
