        @dyckron He brings up increasing user fees, but one thing we're not likely to be applying user fees to is by far the biggest asset category - $10 billion of the city's total $40 billion replacement value in assets, more than triple any other category of asset - roads.

        I don't think turning all the streets into toll roads is the way, but we have to find a way to cut back on the socialism for the auto industry...

          @dragonfrog toll fence around the city, imho. All the rugged individuals in, say, Morinville can pay to access the "disgusting" city they all shamelessly economically rely on. /my 2 cents
