@Lizette603_23 Cant find the method, where did you post it? I used jute string or garden twine.

@smellsofbikes I've seen it done, and it makes sense that it would work, but I've only seen videos of it from gardeners online so I haven't talked to "the horse's mouth" so to speak. I grow in very large grow bags, and have a steel triangle trellis that's about 8" between posts. I think if I sink that in one side of the grow bag and plant a couple of zucchini at the base, I should be able to grow them both on the same trellis...especially as every leaf below a fruit is removed. 25 gallon bags

@Lizette603_23 Well, since I'm european I'm not sure about the measurements, but the essence of it should work. The zucchini leaves are quite large, and the whole plant takes up a lot of space, so as long as they have enough space it should work well.

@meraord that makes it about almost knee deep and about 3/4 arm span (I'm an average size person). I'm excited to try it

@Lizette603_23 The soil depth seems good, what I'm not sure about is the 8 inches width of the trellis. I would go for a larger one if I could, but maybe you can make it work?

@Lizette603_23 I used one of those round wire tomato cages, it was awesome. No hidden giant zucchini, less powdery mildew, more space around the plant to put in other things. Never going back.

@lemay so a really strong one I'm assuming, and tall? I'm thinking it could be good if it were 5 ft tall?

@Lizette603_23 I used string and tied it up like you would cucumber. No I didn't find any difficulties. It's simpler actually, because you can see better "what's going on" with your plant.
