@That_One_Guy Good luck!
The best method we have figured out (finally, after many years), if you don't mind me sharing...
1. Make up some light sugar syrup, and wet down the bees. Scoop the bees into a box with wax.
2. Keep on spraying the new bees exposed as you move the sprayed bees on the surface.
3. Once you get towards the center, keep your eye out for the queen!
4. Capture the queen in a clip, make sure she can't escape out the sides
5. Put the queen in the box in between the frames and let them all settle into the box. Keep her there for 3 days in the clip before releasing. -

@billinkc
Thanks. I've got a box out for them. Best I can do. -

Thank you for sharing. That would be my preferred method too. These guys are about 25 feet up in a tree and unaccessible by ladder so I've got a nuke box with frames that I sprayed with honey bee healthy and syrup on top of my shed as close as I can get to him. There's about 25 of them flying around it so hopefully they find it appealing. There's old comb in there. -

Old comb and lemongrass (and that honey bee healthy) work sometimes for me. Hope you can snag those ladies!

I have a good group showing interest in it so hopefully when it gets closer to dark they just decide it's good enough. -
