Recently this new SPAM started showing up in my email. As the screenshot shows, a hover over the sender does not reveal any address. It always shows up at the top of my emails and farther down the list as well. Selecting it opens a new tab. Selecting the box opens a new tab as well, so there is no marking it as spam and blocking.
Any suggestions?

@dougiec3
I would try using a different interface. If it's webmail, you could try opening it on your phone or through a dedicated email client like Outlook or Thunderbird. I would also strongly recommend forwarding it to your email provider so they can take a look and figure out how it's doing what it's doing so they can fix things. -

The problem is that it won't select for such as deletion or forwarding. Any attempt at that pops up a new tab and I don't want to open whatever that site is. -

I don't see all the details, but if this is webmail, it's probably because there's some kind of embedded Javascript that takes over from the webmail interface. If you open it with the mail app on your phone or (better yet) a dedicated email client, you may be able to deal with it without it being able to do its evil Javascript tricks. For example, in Outlook, you could disable preview and then use the standard junk mail feature. -

@dougiec3 looks like that's not actually an e-mail but an advertisement sort-of disguised as an e-mail. Likely it won't show up in another client.

@jschwart
Yes. Something new as the other ad spam I get are marked as ads. -
