For those not in the know: This is what these paintings are inspired by!

Particle tracks as you might see in a bubble chamber https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubble_chamber

I've always found them kind of mesmerising

@darkuncle There's now a few original paintings on http://wagtails.art/shop, but I've also put this one in particular up for prints on redbubble https://www.redbubble.com/i/art-print/Particle-trails-by-wagtailsart/175791597/wqnt

@babe those particles leave those tracks in your brain...that's not mesmerization, it's brain damage! Get out of the beam!

But I tell you, pictures can not convey the feeling you get watching that unfold in real life. I have been on top of this exact one when it was fired up and from utter darkness (was special demonstration for visitors) 10 m below your feet water starts glowing and bubbling.

Then this mesmerising vista slowly unfolds. Visible to you from a safe distance but simply with your naked eye.

@Kmachel @babe and I should mention in the dream the whole thing was activated by a catgirl with pretty turquoise hair starting it from the front panel of an R-390A/URR radio receiver. Because of course it was

@babe Very impressive! If I had a little more disposable income (and wouldn't need to ship to the US), I would be all over purchasing some of your work
