Does anybody know what elementary file 2FE4 contain on SIM cards? It doesn't look like it is described in any standards I've looked at, and its contents varies widely across cards. Maybe boost for reach?

It's not described in EMV either, I just checked in case it was something related to financial interchange, so it's not that. -

@infosecdj are the samples from cards from 2011-2013 this would fit that theory.
For example: Sample 1: 130523 → May 23, 2013 -

I suspect at least some formats to carry product-specific information and want to know the format, if any standard applies at all here. -
