@Xavier Ice on the roads
. I ride year round, my only personal rule is no snow or ice. In the winter it’s not hard in Seattle but I sometimes envy those in warm climates. -

I once did an iron butt to Brownsville, TX in the winter once and hit the desert about midnight. It was cooooold. I stopped at every gas station south of Houston just to walk in a thaw out. Now when I get kinda cold my body reminds me that it hates being cold.

@Xavier I am ok with cold and sunny, cold and rainy is the worst. Got new rain gear for this year, don’t want to get in any storms in the Midwest this summer.

Glad I made a few different routes for today… we may get out of here by 1 pm.
That will put us at the ocean around 5 since we have nothing to do in particular. Tomorrow we ride to Forks or Oysterville, tbd
