Given that it’s an important security update I wouldn’t put it off.
The button is there and works if you know where to look for it.

@samy @partim @jon So do you all add journeys via My Pass? I usuallu use My Journey, where on the bottom you can add Next Leg. Then just activate it with the qr-button. Never used a save-button on that spot in your screenshot.

@jon Maybe they’re trying to fix some of the issues with the glass still and breaking stuff in the process? I have seen they’re slowly walking back on some of the craziest design decisions (usability-wise) in the patches since 26.0

@andrew_shadura @jon It's possible to add journeys to any trip, regardless if they are connected to a pass or not. It's more consistent to be able to add to any trip than if past trips would disappear from view

As Jon suggests, a mix of Interrail and separate tickets in the same map view.

Not sure how it currently looks, but last year the map view didn't show past journeys if you had added future ones. I had a separate trip to show map view of trains so far.

@jon wow, that’s quite a stretch of an assumption. Honestly, I’d rather not even use it for Interrail if I could. It’s such a terrible app.

@jon @partim @samy It really is a hassle when your workflow doesn' t work anymore yes. Just saying that afaik I've never used a save button when on the way (adding a pass, maybe, but never after that, always via adding a trip and activating it with the button next to it). I'll check once I have an active pass again...

@andrew_shadura @jon It's consistent at least. Besides, if the introduce conditions for where a journey can be added I'm sure theyl'll break something important. Bu use the feedback form in railplanner or some other way to express your wishes to interrail
