@hellomiakoda Thanks again, i’ll send them an email about what happened with your screenshots as a customer and mine as the seller. Hopefully, they'll be able to sort it out. In the meantime, I'll manually reset the code to 'start' today rather than back in Nov and see if that helps.

@Havoc_online @MinDBreaK The UK is unfortunately not a possibility right now due to the new laws strictly prohibiting ‘toy’ imports of all kinds. It affects 3D prints and I haven’t imported since the law was put into effect.

I believe I might be able to send them if they’re marked as ‘personal use’. If they’re coming form Etsy, it is all handled through them for VAT, etc. I’ll bookmark this msg and let you know when I have it sorted. I’m actively trying to open up my shop to the EU and Australia, too.

International shipping is such a nightmare, I do know! I can only sell outside the UK on an individual basis as tarrifs, taxes and regs change so often I can't set up standard charges. My work is hand stitched art and could fit into various tariff codes!
