    This is the moment, in my growing zone, to eat Black Locust blossoms. I need to go find some black locust blossoms ASAP. They are lovely raw and straight off the tree, but this recipe looks interesting.

        I only discovered they were edible after the season last year. Hoping to find some again this year.
