Seems like similar charges could be drafted for Trump and Hegseth.

@petergleick I am sure this is under way, but the speed of law is disappointingly slow, and whichever lawyer signs up to lead this, knows they’re signing up to be personally sanctioned by the US and closest allies.

And as the competent court for this matter they have an obligation to act.

@jadp @petergleick nor is Israel! The important point is did the alleged crime involve a signatory. Palestine is a full member, but Iran is merely a signatory who has not ratified the treaty. I'm unclear if that permits it to act. Can some international lawyer clarify?
