    170k people signed up for the #EPSO competition.
    Almost half of all are Italians. Good luck to us all!

    What's EPSO? That's the #EU civil service exams, which open the door to permanent jobs. I for example work for the EU, but have only a temporary contract, so I will be studying my butt off to try and secure more, well, secure employment.

      @hpod16 750 to be selected and the total applicants are 174,922! One in 233 people will have a chance to get permanent position.

      Very competitive indeed, all the best!

        @hpod16 Is there a break down within each country as well?

        For example how many applicants are from places like Campania, Sardinia or Sicily?

        We've also got places like la diagonale du vide in France.

          @onepict no... there wouldn't be. The only data you have to give is your nationality. I don't think I gave them any info about which part of Germany I am from, and besides, I don't live in Germany anymore.

            @pheonix but not so different from how it used to be.
            Back in 2017/2018 you'd get like 30k applicants for 150 spaces. so the probablity to be selected is about the same.

              @hpod16 Interesting. I ask because I have a friend who lives in Bolognia and she spoke about the different economies of the North and the South of Italy.

              Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

                @onepict thank you! 💜
                Tbh I am hoping I passed the competition for social media specialists I took last year. Takes forever to get the results!

                  @hpod16 Perhaps the taking time is a good thing. Especially with review.

                  Although yeah waiting to see if you've progressed and been accepted is something to be endured. 😊

                    @hpod16 I can tell you the process put a lot of strain on one particular service in DIGIT - there were ‘war rooms’ to manage it

                    Best of luck!!
