Heute etwas früher als sonst:
Posting early today: ich habe mich darauf eingelassen, als ich von einer komisch wirkenden Person angequatscht wurde, und sie war super nett und wir hatten ein gutes Gespräch / a weird person started to talk to me and I decided to get into the conversation and she was super nice and we had a good chat ich habe einer armen verletzten Taube vielleicht ein kleines bisschen geholfen / i maybe helped a poor hurt dove a little ein Termin war besser als gedacht und ich habe eine gute Grenze gesetzt, und das war in Ordnung / an appointment was better than expected and I set a good boundary and that was okay -

ich war von etwas enttäuscht und habe das dann ausgedrückt statt es zu schlucken (sehr höflich und zurückhaltend aber ich hab was gesagt!) / i was disappointed by something and expressed it instead of just accepting (very politely and measured but I said something!) -
Bücher an Nachbar*innen weitergeben / giving books away to neighbours Malen nach zahlen / painting by numbers ich war von etwas enttäuscht und habe das dann ausgedrückt statt es zu schlucken (sehr höflich und zurückhaltend aber ich hab was gesagt!) / i was disappointed by something and expressed it instead of just accepting (very politely and measured but I said something!)
eine Freundin und ich haben uns tatsächlich motiviert früh genug spazieren zu gehen um noch Sonne abzukriegen / a friend and I actually motivated ourselves to go for a walk early enough to catch some sun ein paar Stücke meiner aussortierten Kleidung haben ein neues Zuhause / a few pieces of my sorted out clothes have a new home 
für Freund*innen da sein und Freund*innen die da sind / supporting friends and supportive friends -
eine Freundin und ich haben uns tatsächlich motiviert früh genug spazieren zu gehen um noch Sonne abzukriegen / a friend and I actually motivated ourselves to go for a walk early enough to catch some sun ein paar Stücke meiner aussortierten Kleidung haben ein neues Zuhause / a few pieces of my sorted out clothes have a new home für Freund*innen da sein und Freund*innen die da sind / supporting friends and supportive friends weiter Socken flicken / continuing to mend socks ich habe probiert, mich um eine Herausforderung herum gut zu regulieren und mir Zeit zum runterkommen und ausruhen zu nehmen / i tried to regulated myself around a challenge and to take time to calm down and rest
hab jetzt doch noch das Altpapier zusammengebunden / i did after all bind the to be recycled paper together -

making art and spending time with a lovely friend / mit einer lieben Person gekünstlert und Zeit verbracht seeing pictures and the livestream of the moon mission during the moon flyby / Bilder und der Livestream von der Mondmission während des Fly-Bys I slept better and I think it’s helping / ich hab besser geschlafen und ich glaube das hilft I was inspired to be creative / ich war inspiriert kreativ zu sein helpful therapy session, it’s great when the therapist supports my own reflections and insights and we can then continue to develop them further together and put them into more context / hilfreiche Therapiestunde, es ist toll wenn die Therapeutin eigene Reflektionen und Erkenntnisse bestätigt und wir sie dann zusammen weiterentwickeln und stärker kontextualisieren können good balance of rest and activities / eine gute Balance zwischen Ruhe und Aktivitäten
