eine Freundin besucht die ich schon länger nicht gesehen hatte und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit / visited a friend I hadn’t seen in a while and we had a good time 
leckeres Abendessen gekocht / i cooked a nice dinner 
die Stunde Zugfahrt und der Besuch waren zwar anstrengend aber ich war nicht komplett erledigt sondern hatte nach ein bisschen ausruhen noch etwas Energie für den Rest des Tages / the hour long train ride and the visit was exhausting but I wasn’t completely depleted but had some energy left for the rest of the day after a little rest eine liebe Nachricht einer Arbeitskollegin / a lovely message from a colleague ich war in der Chorprobe / I went to choir practice Frisch gepresster Orangensaft (nicht von mir) zum Frühstück / freshly pressed orange juice (not by me) for breakfast -

die winzigen hellgrünen Blätter die aus den Pflanzen und Büschen hervorspriessen im Frühling sind so herzig, heute hab ich wieder welche im alten botanischen Garten gesehen / the tiny light green little leaves that sprout from plants and bushes in spring are such cuties, I saw some today in the old botanical gardens #3GoodThings #3GuteDingeDesTages

noch mehr von den Narzissen auf dem Balkon blühen jetzt und ich liebs jedes Mal wenn ich aus dem Fenster schaue / more of the daffodils on my balcony started blooming and I love it everytime I look out of the window ich hab Sachen erledigt und bin stolz drauf / I managed to check off some things and am proud of it die winzigen hellgrünen Blätter die aus den Pflanzen und Büschen hervorspriessen im Frühling sind so herzig, heute hab ich wieder welche im alten botanischen Garten gesehen / the tiny light green little leaves that sprout from plants and bushes in spring are such cuties, I saw some today in the old botanical gardens

Posting early today: ich habe mich darauf eingelassen, als ich von einer komisch wirkenden Person angequatscht wurde, und sie war super nett und wir hatten ein gutes Gespräch / a weird person started to talk to me and I decided to get into the conversation and she was super nice and we had a good chat ich habe einer armen verletzten Taube vielleicht ein kleines bisschen geholfen / i maybe helped a poor hurt dove a little ein Termin war besser als gedacht und ich habe eine gute Grenze gesetzt, und das war in Ordnung / an appointment was better than expected and I set a good boundary and that was okay -

ich war von etwas enttäuscht und habe das dann ausgedrückt statt es zu schlucken (sehr höflich und zurückhaltend aber ich hab was gesagt!) / i was disappointed by something and expressed it instead of just accepting (very politely and measured but I said something!)
