Growing up in the Netherlands, I thought this was normal. I knew English doesn't have this distinction, but I assumed other languages do.
Well, I just looked into it in German, French, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, French, Spanish and Portuguese and guess what... none of them have separate words for these! What!

@Tijn We can use "kop" for a human head, as an insult, without having to specify which animal's brainpowers we associate them with. Didn't realise we alone have that. Nice.
