Good Morning Worlds.
It is bin day again:
Pink - food and garden waste.
Brown - bottles, cans, and plastic food tubs.
Black - non recycleable waste.I will be going to meet Sue at work in a bit, and then I will see if I can phone my manager with a verbal update of the work yesterday.
Then maybe try to clear more stuff from the house. I want it to be clear by the end of summer, but it will be a push for that target.

It's black bin day here, not allowed to use the brown bin till after 6th April (we are one of the last areas to get it sorted).
You sound like you have a busy day ahead!

Thank you.I am hoping to get through it all with pain killers as I have a gout flare up in my left foot, and I managed to injure a finger joint in my right hand somehow, yesterday.
I still have that mid-century chair to finish repairing.

Diolch.We have sun and clouds here, and it is a bit too chilly for tee shirt sleeves. The hoodie will go back on for work, I think.

@Maker_of_Things @Steampunk_Prof ouch, I feared an attack of gout a few weeks back but thankfully it was just my regular aliments instead
I have a particular joint on my right big toe I call my 'gout toe' it informs me when I'm eating the wrong things nice and early but unfortunately it's normally a sharp kidney pain I get from gout these days.
Just the reminder of a full on gouty foot though. Ouch. Take as many painkiller as you safely can

Naproxin twice a day seems to be helping a lot, as well as the anti gout meds I have been taking long term.The frustrating thing is that the gout is distorting my big toe joints into a bunion and that means footwear needs to adapt over time.
I realised, yesterday, that the boots I wore for our wedding were in the charity shop bag that went last week. But realistically, after 12 years, I probably wouldn't be able to fit into them anymore.
