        @MelissaBearTrix Since I am a left/right leghastenic (,I am right on exactly 50 per cent or as my driving instructor said "this time we'll take the turn to the OTHER left) I need the hours marked. Otherwise I might confuse three with nine ...

                              Its just more convenient to use digital.

The digital (24h) representation is pretty much how time is stored in my brain, reading an analog clock requires 'translation' for me to 'get' it, and that after taking longer (a few seconds rather than just a glance) to see what it says. So I'll get by with analog but digital is way more convenient for me.

                                      Interestingly, my husband has it the other way round.

                                          Interesting, I grew up with 12h analog and both 12h and 24h digital types of clocks around so they all work for me.
