Anatomically, your “bum” is 2 sets of major muscles attaching your “pelvis” hip bone to the upper part of your “femur” thigh bone. While it is not part of the skeleton, without it we would _not_ be able to walk/run/climb/etc.@dahukanna I think yes it correct answer too. But we're in the minority

@davidnjoku legs are from the knees down. Knees up is torso. Bum is definitely not part of your legs.

Anatomically it’s more part of the back, if my physio is right. -

@davidnjoku muscularly, several of the layers of muscles attach to the pelvis from the legs, so parts of your bum are also a part of your legs
