    Der EuGH hält die Preisbremse für die sogenannten Schienenmaut in Deutschland für nicht vereinbar mit europäischem Recht. Verkehrsunternehmen und Länder warnen vor stark steigenden Kosten und schwerwiegenden Folgen für Fahrgäste.
