@ShaulaEvans @EllenInEdmonton @hanktank61 @cinderdazzle612 @KDramaQn Ha, thank you! I'm not so into reality shows, but maybe I don't know what I am missing, ha.

@mel @EllenInEdmonton @hanktank61 @cinderdazzle612 @KDramaQn Ah, then it may or may not be your cup of tea.

I'm not in reality shows at all either, but last year I started watching low key cooking shows from Korea because I'm studying Korean. There's some non-stressful, non-cutthroat cooking fare that I'm really enjoying. (Much to my surprise, I would never have guessed that I'd like this. lol)

@hanktank61 @ShaulaEvans @EllenInEdmonton @cinderdazzle612 @KDramaQn Kimchi? Hihi. They don't really have fermented things that I know of, like sauerkraut in other parts of the EU. There is Mostarda as a condiment to meats and you have less sweet, more sour vegetables or onions, but not a real Kimchi-like thing? but I might not know. I love the onions that you get with meats and cheese in the mountains, though!

@hanktank61 @ShaulaEvans @EllenInEdmonton @cinderdazzle612 @KDramaQn Sushi is definitely a thing in IT. It is the most eaten non-it food. I don't see fusion like in NL, where you can get fried polenta with gochujang or kimchi croquettes in a french style bistro, ha ( my dinner yesterday). However, especially in Milano, I always have the most delicious Asian food. There are so many Asian communities there. It is just that it does not mix.

I'm not going through my homemade kimchi very fast these days, since I haven't been making eggs for breakfast very often. My favourite combo.
