@AwetTesfaiesus ich bin kein Fan der Verschonung und will sie nicht verteidigen. Nur mit dem Vergleich zur Wegzugsteuer tue ich mich schwer - denn da unterscheidet sich gut gemeint und gut gemacht. Die unendliche Stundung gibt es seit 2022 nicht mehr. Gestundet wird bei Rückkehr binnen 7 Jahren, aber viele FA sagen einfach nö. In der Praxis müssen dann Gründer:innen, die nur kurz in einem EU-Land leben wollen, vor Gericht ziehen und teilweise eine Bankbürgschaft vorlegen.
