That is a problem from a cybersecurity standpoint.

A lot of infrastructure runs outdated software.
But thankfully, most of these systems are not connected to the internet.

Developers should not hand the cognitive load to the machine. Otherwise software will be excruciatingly difficult to maintain.

In free software.
We can not forbid the maintainer of Omarchy to make a Linux distribution based on Arch linux.
That guy might have an far-right ideology.
But most developers do not share such political opinions.
It does not seem wise for Framework in my opinion, to prominently advertise a project from a developer with sympathy for the political far-right.
