Probably Codeberg could use some more hardware (they have a repo with an overview over their hardware somewhere ... And it isn't a lot), but also it seems Codeberg is targeted more by bots and stuff too.
The instability in Codeberg static site hosting might be caused by them migrating to git-pages now, but I am not 100% sure. If you don't need your own domain for your pages and have not yet migrated to that, I'd recommend doing that, since then you can use forgejo actions to determine what is updated and when (I still update the site at every push, but probably should change that up somewhen)

Yes it is crazy! Especially after their downtimes in the past months due to (AI) crawlers and other malicious bots (and migrating hardware)!
Amazing to see that though, happy I don't use GitHub personally any more
