CIRCLE WITH A DOT

My recent job change, as a trans woman, was near impossible. The AI algorithm that everyone uses to auto decide yes or no vs the fact that I am openly trans made it so that I was unemployed for almost 9 months. Which was unbearably hard.

Fortunately I got lucky and found a jewel, and Ive been incredibly happy for a while now.

While I like the protocol for what it is, and how it was written, it is indeed NOT actually decentralized in the classical sense. And it is also algorithmic, even if they say its not.
