@weirdfoodie I worked in the marine industry back in the '90s and everyone back then thought it was the hatches. I'm not sure, but I think they saw open hatches when they were raising the bell in 1995.They said at the time they had not been properly latched. It would be interesting if they were actually the latches that failed.
