As a general rule if you're not in a seat your not really important which means your boss drug you there. Those soldiers are not only in a meeting they don't want to be at, now they have to listen to someone without authority speak about things they don't care about while pentagon business is building up in their email.

@Daojoan Ray Kroc and Tim Cook I don't think either cared much about what was being made, they cared about how to do it better.

Mary Barra and Ferdinand Piëch one is GM royalty the other is a Porsche. Piëch was a car guy and created the VW of today through acquisition. Barra isn't really a car person and created the GM of today by divesting GM of companies and partnerships. I wouldn't call with company unsuccessful.
