July and August would be probably too hot for Spain and Portugal. If you go in June/September then it is different

I wish I had a sticker on my car explaining I just decided to do so, and also I would like many others to do the same.
Yes I know that without an imposed Tempolimit MANY will just drive as fast as they can.
